Soaked and cleaned bird's nest, red dates (pitted), honey (natural without additives), Nongfu Spring mineral water

Soaking and cleaning: Soak the bird's nest in an appropriate amount of purified drinking water (cold water), rinse repeatedly, and drain the water after about 3 hours.

Tear the bird's nest: Add an appropriate amount of purified water, tear the bird's nest apart along the texture of the bird's nest, and drain the water after cleaning

Add water: Put the bird's nest into the stew pot and add water just enough to cover the bird's nest. Place the stew pot directly into the pot and fill the pot with water halfway up the stew pot. (If using a health-preserving pot, follow the instructions for use of the health-preserving pot.) Stew in water: After simmering for about 20 minutes, add the wolfberry and red dates. After simmering for about 10 minutes, add rock sugar. Take it out after 5 minutes and eat.
