Slice green peppers and green onions, and cut coriander into sections.

Soak the green onions in ice water for 5 minutes. (Remove mucus and increase taste)

Sugar, vinegar and salt are the main seasonings. You can add a few drops of soy sauce and sesame oil. After mixing, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
