Wipe 50 grams of dried chili with a clean rag.

Crush with a food processor

Pour most of the chili noodles into a stainless steel bowl

Fry the peanuts in a wok, remove the skins, crush them with a rolling pin and add to the chili powder.

Heat the rapeseed oil, add the seasonings and fry till brown, remove the seasonings. Sprinkle white sesame seeds into the oil. Pour the oil into the chili bowl and stir.

Add the remaining pinch of paprika and stir.

Cool completely and bottle.
