Tofu pancake
Overview
This tofu residue is what I left behind when I made tofu. The tofu residue retains most of the nutrients of soybeans and is high in fiber and protein. In order not to waste any ingredient, I made it into delicious pancakes.

The required materials are ready for use.

Stir the tofu dregs, flour, chopped green onion and salt evenly.

Heat the oil in the pan, knead the tofu residue into small balls and fry in the pan over low heat.

Flip over and fry the other side until almost cooked. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
