Little Whitebait Pizza
Overview
Small whitebait contains extremely high protein and calcium, which is perfect for growing children. However, they don’t like to eat it stir-fried in vegetables, so what if they want to put it in their favorite pizza? The result was a huge hit! Homemade hot sauce is added to remove the fishy smell, and the slightly spicy taste is appetizing!

Ingredients
Steps
-
First add water and egg liquid into the bread machine, then add flour, sugar, and yeast. Start the dough kneading program of the bread machine. After ten minutes, add butter. After kneading, continue to put the dough in it and let it rise until it doubles in size
-
While making the dough, soak and wash the small whitebait and shiitake mushrooms, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into shreds
-
Prepare onion rings and shredded bell peppers
-
Add oil to the wok, cook the small whitebait and shredded shiitake mushrooms with a little soy sauce, cooking wine and hot sauce, stir-fry for two minutes
-
Deflate the dough slightly, put it into a pizza mold, and press it with your hands into a crust with thick edges and a thin middle. Prick a hole in the middle with a fork, and then apply a thin layer of tomato sauce. You can brush the edges with a layer of egg wash to make it crispier when baked. (My daughter loves doing this the most)
-
First spread a layer of fried mushrooms and whitebait, then sprinkle with onion rings and shredded colored peppers, and finally sprinkle with shredded cheese. Put it into the preheated oven, set the oven to 150℃, and start baking in 30 minutes
-
When there are still ten minutes left, take it out and spread another layer of shredded cheese on the surface and bake for another ten minutes

Nutritious and delicious whitebait pizza is out! Let’s eat!
