You can rest assured and enjoy eating the fried dough sticks you make yourself. I really don’t have the courage to try the fried dough sticks sold outside, mainly because the oil is too scary! Repeated use will make it worse than gutter oil.

  1. Prepare the main materials.

  3. Add 350 grams of warm water and knead into a smooth dough.

  4. Cover the dough tightly and rest for 20 minutes.

  5. After 20 minutes, stretch and press the dough into a sheet.

  8. Stretch the two halves of the dough to about 20 cm each, flatten them gently with your hands, and cut them into long dough sheets about 10 cm wide and 0.5 cm thick. Then use a knife to cut the two halves into 20 pieces. Each dowel is approximately 2 cm wide.
