Oven-baked seabass

Oven-baked seabass

Overview

On New Year's Eve, I eat a whole fish with head and tail. I found such a big fish in the refrigerator and decided to cook it in a spicy and grilled way. Because I decided to bake it at the last minute, I didn’t prepare too many side dishes. It tastes great when grilled. It tastes the same as the ones sold outside. Moreover, the fish has no bones, which is super delicious!
