Stir-fried beef with bamboo shoots

Cut the beef into slices, add grated ginger and pepper evenly, then add sweet potato starch and mix well.

Wash and cut the bamboo shoots.

Add to pot and cook.

After the oil is hot, add chili shreds of millet, shredded ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add beef slices and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the beef changes color.

Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry.

Stir fry evenly.

Add salt, vinegar and light soy sauce to taste, stir-fry until flavourful.

Remove from the pan.
