Looking for the flavor in my impression, Part 1-Private House Minced Tofu

Overview

I have made this dish twice in total. The first time was because I always thought tofu had a strong flavor, so I boiled it in water. I didn’t expect that the tofu cooked in water would be delicious.

Steps

  1. Put some water in the pot, rinse the water tofu, use your fingers to break it into the pot water, and slowly bring it to a boil. I always think the tofu has a flavor, add a little salt, and cook for about 15-20 minutes. You can prepare other ingredients in the meantime.
