My nephew clamored for me to make a cake for him, okay😊 He doesn’t like to add other ingredients, so I made it with whole egg milk. You can sprinkle raisins or cranberries on the cake according to your preference and then steam it.

  1. Beat whole eggs

  3. Pour in 200 grams of self-raising flour and stir evenly

  4. Pour pure milk (about 100-120 grams) point by point, stirring while pouring

  5. Stir clockwise until the batter is no longer lumpy

  6. Finally, pour in two tablespoons of corn oil and stir evenly

  7. Pour the batter into the plate (approximately half the depth of the plate)

  8. Steam over water, bring to a boil over high heat and continue steaming for 25 minutes
