Fried three shredded spring bamboo shoots
Overview
I usually like to eat bamboo shoots, but every time I stew them with meat, I always feel that they are very greasy. One time, I went to a restaurant with my friends for dinner and ordered a piece of shredded bamboo shoots and fried chili peppers. I thought it was very good. Today I also tried to stir-fry shredded celery with shredded bamboo shoots, but the stir-fried bamboo shoots without meat would have no flavor, so I tried stir-frying shredded celery with shredded bamboo shoots. Hey, the result was pretty good. The taste was very refreshing and not greasy, and my husband also liked it.
