Home-style stir-fry-fried eggs with coriander
Overview
I had leftover coriander from hot pot yesterday, so I thought I couldn't waste it, so I fried it and ate it. Many people think that coriander can only be eaten cold or hot pot. As a coriander lover, of course I will try all kinds of ways to eat coriander! Scrambled eggs with coriander and a little bit of chopped chili pepper are sour and spicy, it’s simply delicious!
