Step A: 400g prawns, deveined, marinated with 1.5g salt, 2g pepper, 2ml cooking wine

Step B: Mix 10 grams of white sugar, 10 ml of rice vinegar, 6 ml of tomato paste, 10 ml of water and 1 gram of cornstarch

Step C: Chop onion, ginger and garlic into pieces

Fry the marinated prawns till golden brown on both sides
