Olive oil fried tomatoes
Overview
Tomatoes are rich in nutrients and are delicious no matter how you cook them. Today I will make them Western-style and fry them in olive oil. They taste great!

Ingredients: 2 popular Provence tomatoes, olive oil, black pepper, rose sea salt.

Wash tomatoes and cut into thick slices. Set aside.

Pour olive oil into a non-stick pan, grind in black pepper and fry until fragrant.

Add tomatoes, fry on both sides, grind in black pepper and rose sea salt.

Fry both sides and that’s it!
