Broccoli with Abalone Sauce and King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
I went shopping today and saw small king oyster mushrooms. These small mushrooms are very tender and have enough fragrance. I like to eat them, so I bought some for cooking. It is paired with broccoli. Since it is a vegetarian dish, abalone juice is used to enhance the freshness, making this vegetarian dish light but delicious.

Steps
-
The king oyster mushrooms I bought are small and cute, paired with a broccoli
-
Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut the larger ones in half
-
Cut the broccoli florets into small florets, blanch them in boiling water, take them out and set aside.
-
Put a little oil in the pot, add king oyster mushrooms and fry over medium heat
-
It was dry at first, but after a while the water inside the king oyster mushroom would come out. I pushed it away to see clearly, and there was a lot of water inside,
-
Continue frying until all the water evaporates, then set aside. At this time, the fragrance of king oyster mushroom is also fully stimulated, and the taste of abalone juice can be better absorbed.
-
Add a little more oil to the pot and sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant,
-
Add broccoli and king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry
-
Add abalone juice. Buy abalone juice of good quality and add a little salt
-
Stir-fry for about a minute and serve.
