Overview
Half of the old duck was divided into several meals and stewed for the family to eat the next day. Today I used radish to stew with it, and the soup base is also very delicious. Friends who like it can also use it as a reference.

Prepare a piece of old duck, a white radish, a carrot and ginger.

Blanch and wash the old duck pieces in a pot first, then wash and set aside.

Put the duck and ginger slices into the pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium heat for one and a half hours.

Stew until it looks like the picture and the duck pieces are cooked through.
