Lean Pork and Lotus Root

It’s an innovative dish. I didn’t plan to fry it like this. The lotus roots were extra from the stir-frying the day before yesterday. I thought about frying them, and here we go

Lean meat, lotus root, peeled, washed and ready

Soy sauce, cornstarch, green onions, and bean paste are ready

Slice the lean meat and add cornstarch to mix well. Slice the lotus root. If it is too big, you need to cut it into semicircles or triangles

Add a little salt to the bottom of the pan

Add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color, add bean paste and soy sauce

Continue to color and stir-fry, move to the side of the pot, let the remaining oil flow into the bottom of the pot, add the lotus roots, stir-fry for a while and then push them together
