Banana Soft Cookies
Overview
This soft biscuit has a soft texture and is very sweet. The key is to control the banana jam when boiling it. I have tried it several times and although it is slightly different each time, it is still very popular...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the banana in a small pot and crush it into a puree with a spoon (it is best to use a non-stick pot)
-
Place the mashed bananas on the fire and cook over high heat until bubbling, then reduce to low heat to absorb the water (stir constantly to avoid burning the pot)
-
Let the cooked banana puree cool and set aside
-
Beat the softened butter and sugar with a whisk for one minute
-
Add the egg yolk and continue beating for about a minute
-
Add cooled banana puree and mix well
-
It is now in a relatively fluffy state
-
Sift in the mixture of flour and baking soda, and use a spatula to fold into a dough
-
The dough at this point is quite sticky, so put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour
-
The frozen dough is very hard and can be shaped quickly
-
Cut into thick slices about 0.5 cm
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes
-
It’s baked. The surface is golden and the aroma is rich. Let it cool and eat
