Stir-fried gourd seeds
Overview
I went to the vegetable market today and saw that the gourds today were quite fresh. I hadn’t eaten them for a long time, so I picked a smaller one and paired it with some carrots and shredded pork. It was another delicious home-cooked dish.

Cut the lean meat into shreds, add starch and marinate for a while
