Soak the yuba in water (it takes about 4 hours) and the fungus (it takes about 2 hours).

Cut the yuba into sections, remove the roots of the fungus, cut the cucumber into diamond-shaped slices, chop the onion and garlic and set aside.

Heat the oil in the wok, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the fungus, stir-fry with light soy sauce.

Add the yuba, water, and salt. After the yuba is cooked, add the cucumber.

Pour in the water starch and minced garlic and stir-fry evenly.
