Sausage meat and potato diced
Overview
From time to time we would buy sausage meat to go with the American frozen round Biscuit. The size and shape of the two are about the same. We fry the meat pieces while making pancakes, and it is done in a while. There are two pieces left that day, just in time to make potato dices. It is not so vegetarian if it is paired with meat. The boxed minced meat pieces themselves are already seasoned. After they are mashed and fried in the pot, they can be placed on the seasoned dishes. After a few times, they are done.

Break up the sausage meat;

Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, stir-fry the meat over medium-low heat until cooked, set aside, leaving oil at the bottom of the pot;

Stir-fry the lima beans over medium-high heat, set aside;

Rinse the cut potatoes to remove the starch, rinse until the water is clear, and then drain;

Spread the potatoes flatly in the pot, add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, over medium heat, fry one side until golden brown, then flip a few times, continue to spread the potatoes flat and fry until at least one or two sides of the potatoes are golden brown, set aside;

Add about 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the pot, add onion diced and saute until fragrant;

Pour in the diced potatoes, add all the seasonings, stir-fry for a while, add the sausage meat pockets and mix well and serve.
