A small handful of chopped plum vegetables, two or three dried chili peppers, 1ml pepper powder

Boil the green beans in boiling water (about 10 minutes)

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add garlic, dried chili peppers, minced plum vegetables, Sichuan peppercorns, and saute until fragrant

Add the cooked beans and stir-fry the beans over high heat. Appropriate amount of water can be added during the dry stir-frying process. Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.
