Prepare ingredients. 3 cucumbers, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of red pepper.

Clean the cucumbers, then cut them into sections and then into strips. The strips should not be too thin. Slice garlic and red pepper into sections and set aside.

Add half a spoonful of salt and 1 spoonful of sugar to the cucumber strips, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Take an empty bowl, add 5 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 5 spoons of vinegar, 3 spoons of sugar, then put the garlic slices and chili segments into the bowl and stir evenly.
