Five spice braised eggs
Overview
Braised eggs are sold in breakfast shops, but I don’t know how many days others have left them, so if you want to eat them, it’s better to do it by yourself. The remaining brine after the prepared braised eggs can be used to make braised chicken feet without wasting it, which is just as delicious

Prepare eggs and ingredients

Wash the eggs and add cold water to cook

Soak the hard-boiled eggs in cold water for a while to facilitate peeling and setting aside

Remove egg shells

Put water in a pot, add salt, soy sauce, oil, white sugar and all spices (the water can cover the eggs) and cook over high heat until it boils

Add the eggs and cook for half an hour

The marinated eggs must be soaked in the marinade for at least 4 hours before they become delicious
