Crystal Bean Paste Bun
Overview
The filling inside is mixed with red bean paste, chopped red dates, and glutinous rice flour, divided into ten-gram portions. If you don't like it, just change it to your favorite filling.

Put the sago into the food processor and grind into powder

Sieve the beaten sago, the finer the better, if it is thicker, beat it again

Add water to the powder and mix into a dough

Shape into long strips and cut into small sections, about 20g to 25g each

Use a rolling pin to roll out a small piece of dough and put the filling on it

Fold it into a triangle, or any shape you like

After everything is done, place it in a steamer. If you don’t have a non-stick mat, grease the inside of the steamer with oil!

Steam over high heat until transparent, about 25 minutes. It's chewy and sweet, a nice little snack!
