Prepare all materials in advance

When you buy a chicken, ask the boss to help you make a whole chicken, which means removing the head and tail without opening the belly, cleaning the internal organs, then washing the chicken and letting it stand in a basin to control the water

Poke some holes all over the chicken with a toothpick. Apply salt and black pepper evenly from the inside of the belly. Rub the belly and then the outside. Apply it to every part. Refrigerate and marinate for more than two hours

After marinating, mix seasoning 2, start from the inside of the belly, spread the inside and outside, wait for more than 3 hours, if you like spicy food, you can add more chili powder

Add the onions in seasoning 4 and other vegetables (optional), fry them in a pan with butter, make fried rice and put it in your stomach (do not add eggs), you can add salt and soy sauce to adjust the taste

Put the fried rice into the chicken belly, stuff it full, then stuff an orange into the back and secure it with toothpicks

Before roasting, tie the legs and wings with rope, wrap the wings and legs with tin foil, and squeeze lemon juice on them

First put the chicken on the grilling net, put a baking pan underneath to catch the juice, cover it with tin foil, put it in the preheated oven, bake at 220 degrees up and down for half an hour

Put seasoning 3 in a small bowl and place it on the oven. After half an hour, the seasoning will melt, then stir evenly (you can put it on the oven the whole time, the oven temperature will prevent it from solidifying)

Line a baking sheet with tin foil, cut the potatoes, carrots and other ingredients into cubes, place them on the baking sheet, and brush with a layer of olive oil

After the chicken has been roasted for half an hour, take it out and brush it with honey water, then place it on the baking sheet with the side dishes. Turn the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 1 hour
