After peeling the shrimp shells, I usually have to pull out the shrimp threads, but I was too lazy to do it, so I didn't pull it out, but it was really not that soft or tender.

Chop the shrimp and pork into puree, add salt, cooking wine, oil, etc. and marinate for ten minutes.

Mix the starch and starch powder and stir while adding boiling water until there is no powder.

Roll the dough into small balls to make it easier to shape into round dough later.

This is a very good dough. There is still some flour on it, but it disappears after steaming.
