[Vegetarian meatballs] You can’t eat less during the Chinese New Year. I haven’t made vegetarian meatballs for a long time. I don’t have all the ingredients on hand, so feel free to mix and match. Anyway, it's vegetarian, with carrots, green vegetables, flour, a little egg, and deep-fried. It's delicious. In the past, during Chinese New Year, my mother would always fry some meatballs, which was a very New Year-style meal.
