Overview
I recall that the Eighth Route Army used millet and rifles to win a war after hard work. Millet is a staple food for civilians. It is nutritious and nourishes the stomach. When you get up early in the morning, a bowl of nutritious millet porridge can be served to your table.

Ingredients: red dates, millet.

Pour 750 grams of water into the pot, add red dates, (break the red dates with your hands or cut them with a knife, the nutrients of the dates will come out when they are cooked) and turn on the heat
