Loofah Braised Pork

I forgot to take a picture of the finished product. Anyway, it is fat but not greasy. My husband doesn’t like meat, so he ate it all.

Wash the pork belly, tie the green onion into knots, slice the ginger, add it to the water, put the soy sauce and salt into the water pot and cook

Peel the loofah and cut into pieces

Cook the meat and cut it into cubes, any size you like

Stir-fry the meat in a pot with a little oil, add a little vegetable oil and stir-fry the loofah for an hour, add water and add a few drops of soy sauce, cover it and cook to reduce the juice
