Curry rice
Overview
This is the curry rice that my son likes to eat and has no spicy taste at all. For my son’s growth needs, I added more shrimps to supplement calcium.

Onions are ready. Dice potatoes, onions and carrots,

Cut the pork, I cut it up and frozen it in the refrigerator.

Dissolve the shrimps and wash them well.

Put oil in the casserole (put less oil) and fry the onions.

Add the pork and stir-fry (low heat, the pork will become hard if stir-fried for a long time).

Add onions in sequence, then carrots and potatoes after a while.

Put 50 grams of curry

Add rice water until it is covered, then turn to medium heat and simmer.

When the potatoes are cooked, add the shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes.
