As for the raw materials, I don’t have any yogurt at home. It might taste better if I add a little yogurt.

Heat the chocolate and butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, crush the cookies, and mix with them.

Mix egg yolks, powdered sugar, and paneer (cheese).

After stirring at low speed with a whisk in the previous step, add low-gluten flour and stir until there are no lumps.

Whip the light cream and whip the egg whites.

Fold the whipped egg whites and whipped cream into the egg yolk cheese batter in portions, and mix evenly by cutting up and down.

The bottom of the 6-inch peach-center live-bottom anode mold is wrapped with tin foil to prevent the cake from getting wet when water is added to the oven for baking. Use a silicone brush to brush the bottom and sides of the mold with olive oil.

Spread the cookie chocolate butter mixture on the bottom of the mold. I have no experience, the amount of biscuits is a little small~

Pour the mixture into the mold and place it in the oven. 160 degrees for 5 minutes, 140 degrees for 20 minutes. Check every five minutes.

In the middle of baking, I was anxious and thought it was done, so I poked it with a spoon, but it turned out that the inside was still mushy, and the biscuits at the bottom were stirred up. But it’s a hit or miss, hehe.
