Boil the beef in water for a while, wash and cut into strips, add orange juice, beer, light soy sauce, rosemary... and other seasonings, mix them, and marinate for half an hour.

Cover a baking sheet with tin foil, place the beef strips, and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn to low heat and continue baking for 2 hours, until the dryness is suitable... (I personally think it is easier to use a rice cooker)
