Light wave oven black rice baked rice

Since I made black rice last night, I can only use black rice, and the color is a little different; cut the mushrooms, ham sausage and other ingredients into dices.

Heat the pan and add olive oil (butter, soybean oil, canola oil, any oil you like).

Put a small amount of five-spice powder into the pot, then add the ham sausage and stir-fry until fragrant. I personally like the ham sausage to be a little burnt...so I fry it a little bit.

Then add the green vegetables and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the rice and stir-fry evenly, add some salt and a little tomato sauce, and when it's almost out of the pan, sprinkle in some minced black pepper and basil leaves, stir-fry a few times.

Pour into a microwave-safe container and prepare to add cheese.

Spread the cheese evenly, sprinkle with a little black pepper and basil leaves, and top with the shrimp prepared previously. I used the light wave combination in the microwave to heat it, and the cheese on the surface would be a little dry, so I put three shrimps on it.

It only takes about five minutes of light wave heating.
