Mix whole eggs with sugar (beat until the sugar is almost melted)

Add flour, baking powder, salt, lemon zest and mix well

Finally add the melted butter and mix well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Grease the baking pan with a layer of butter (I used the leftover melted butter)

Sprinkle a little flour to ease the release of the mold

It will probably stick to the next door when it expands to full

Use half the original flavor and half with added raisins (soak in water first)

Bake for eight to ten minutes and let cool before unmoulding. This time I added raisins and it tasted delicious!
