Braised chicken feet
Overview
Chicken feet have high nutritional value and are rich in calcium and collagen. Eating more of them can not only soften blood vessels, but also has beautifying effects. This time, I fried the chicken feet in oil first, and then marinated them in the stewed soup. The stewed chicken feet were very tender, crispy and fragrant, with a unique flavor.
