Ingredients
Steps
-
Dice the mushrooms and chop the garlic, ginger and red pepper.
-
Mince the beef.
-
Add oil to a cold pan and turn on low heat.
-
Warm the oil, pour in the beef, and keep pressing and stirring until the meat breaks up into small particles.
-
When the meat is all spread out and the meat has been heated evenly, turn on the high heat to let the water in the meat evaporate and stir constantly.
-
When the meat has no moisture in the oil and the meat turns slightly brown, pour in the minced garlic and ginger to release the fragrance. If the oil is insufficient, add oil so that the oil can cover the minced meat.
-
Pour in the mushrooms and let them stay in the oil for a while. Remember to stir fry constantly.
-
Add chilies and fry in oil.
-
Finally pour in the soybean paste. Turn on medium heat and stir-fry quickly to avoid burning the pan. Once the oil is bubbling, stir-fry for two minutes and then turn off the heat.
-
The beef sauce is ready.
