Green vegetable burrito
Overview
I have been diving in Meitian for several years, and finally got up the courage to post a recipe here. My mother just happened to bring me a lot of green vegetables, and I was in no hurry to eat them. I just happened to make a simple burrito to share with everyone.

Wash small green vegetables

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add green vegetables, add appropriate amount of salt and a little oil, and blanch until cooked.

Put the blanched vegetables into a food processor, add a little more blanching water and stir.

This is the stirred vegetable juice.

One measuring cup of flour.

Add two eggs and beat well.

Add appropriate amount of vegetable juice and stir evenly.

Add some salt and oil to taste.

Heat enough oil in the pot and add chicken chops.

Fry until both sides are golden brown, remove and cut into strips.

Pour an appropriate amount of the batter that has rested for a while into the pan, heat over low heat until the surface of the pancake is solidified, then flip over and fry again before serving.

Add appropriate amount of your favorite sauce.

Add the chicken steak and roll it into a roll; if you like lettuce, you can add a little more, or other vegetables you like.
