Required materials: eggs, water, salt, vinegar, seafood soy sauce, sesame oil.

Beat the eggs evenly with a whisk (or chopsticks); then add a little salt, then pour in cold boiled water or purified water and mix evenly; filter through a filter.

Wrap in plastic wrap, insert a few holes with toothpicks, and place in the microwave.

Usually 1:30-2:00 minutes. Note: Adjust the time in increments (1 minute for the first time, open the microwave door and observe, then close it, then set again for 30 seconds)

Add the sauce (vinegar, seafood soy sauce, sesame oil).
