Wash and blanch the spareribs.

Put the blanched ribs into a casserole, add ginger and green onions and stew together.

Remove the head, tail and net of bamboo fungus and cut into sections.

Soak bamboo fungus in light salt water.

Wash the crab-flavored mushrooms and white jade mushrooms, put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the crab-flavored mushrooms and white jade mushrooms.

After stewing the ribs for an hour, add the stir-fried mushrooms.

Add the soaked bamboo fungus, cook for about 2 or 3 minutes, add salt to taste, and remove from the pot.
