Overview

I bought a box of guava online and it was too much to finish. I remembered that a certain water had the flavor of bitter melon and guava. I tried it with the bitter melon. One red and one green, both bitter and sweet, refreshing and crispy. It has a different texture and has the effect of relieving summer heat and strengthening the spleen.

  1. Remove the seeds, peel and cut the guava into cubes, remove the pulp from the bitter melon and cut into strips, blanch them in water, then cool them in cold water to remove the moisture
