Sauce-flavored opium fish
Overview
The whole family loves fish very much, and my children are even more fond of fish. Today's opium fish has delicate and delicious meat with no small spines. It is especially suitable for the elderly and children. Every time I make this fish, my child can almost eat one.

Steps
-
Slice garlic, shred ginger, one dried chili pepper, and one star anise (forgot to take a photo).
-
Prepare a sauce: one spoonful of onion and bean paste, one spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of white vinegar, a little sugar, and a little salt.
-
Put oil in the pot, add garlic, chili pepper, ginger and star anise and stir-fry. After the sauce is fragrant, add the sauce from step 2 and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the sauce becomes fragrant. Add the whole fish. Shake the pot so it doesn't stick.
-
Add Erguotou to remove the fishy smell and improve the aroma, and add a bowl of hot water.
-
After the water boils, turn down the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add coriander before serving.
