First soak the millet in water for three days (three days in winter and two days in summer)! After soaking, wash it thoroughly with clean water. Wash it several times! Pour out the water and drain the millet!

Buy pork belly with skin, wash and slice the meat, then add a few slices of ginger, scallions, white wine (a small spoonful) and a little salt to the meat! Mix well and marinate for half an hour! Then add sugar to the meat (sugar can be added according to personal preference)

Wrap each piece of meat in millet, arrange each piece vertically in the steaming bowl, and finally sprinkle the remaining millet on top!

Just put it in the steamer and steam it for an hour and a half!
