Golden cauliflower is a common home-cooked dish in Suzhou, Jiangnan. It is also called (caotou). It is tender, crisp and refreshing.

Wash the broccoli and drain the water

Flatten the garlic with a knife and chop into small pieces

Add two tablespoons of lard to the pot. If you don’t have lard, use vegetable oil!
