Chive Pot Stickers
Overview
Many friends use flour for pot stickers and chive boxes. My hometown uses glutinous rice flour to make pot stickers and chive boxes. It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and delicious. Friends who like it can make it. Whether it's breakfast or afternoon tea, it's easy to prepare!

Steps
-
Saute the peanuts and crush them, chop the Wujiang mustard, wash the leeks and cut them into small pieces, mix the three things together and add a little salt (I bake the peanuts in the middle of the oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes)
-
Add glutinous rice flour to boiling water and knead into a ball (stir with chopsticks before kneading the dough, be careful to scald it)
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the kneaded glutinous rice dough into thin pieces
-
Preheat the electric pan, add peanut oil, then add the glutinous rice skin and fry until golden brown on both sides
-
Add the leek and peanut filling and spread it evenly on the glutinous rice skin
-
Fold the pot stickers on both sides and fry for one minute
-
Finally, after folding the pot stickers, start the frying pot stickers program and fry both sides again (my electric pan fried pot stickers program is 5 minutes, and it takes 10 minutes to fry the pot stickers)
-
Put the fried pot stickers on a plate and cut into quarters with a knife. The chive pot stickers are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
