Wash the soybeans and put them in the oven at 150°C for 30 minutes. If you can’t use them up, you can put them in a sealed jar and take them as you go. You can drink them in a few minutes.

Grab two handfuls of soybeans in the food processor, add purified water and brown sugar. You don’t need to select the soy milk function. You can use juice or food supplement. Just smash them.
