Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Sauce
Overview
Yesterday I ate a dish of garlic sizzling shrimp in Xinmeihua. The children were still unsatisfied. I thought I could try it when I got home, but I didn’t have a sizzling iron at home, so I tried steaming it instead. In order to increase the burnt aroma of the sizzling iron plate, I added freshly boiled scallion oil. Unexpectedly, the combination tasted pretty good.
