Prepare materials.

Add fine granulated sugar (you can use powdered sugar) to corn oil and stir evenly.

Then add the egg liquid and mix well.

Add oatmeal and mix well.

Sift in cake flour and baking powder.

Use a rubber spatula to stir the stir-fry mixture evenly.

Wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze it for 20 minutes (don't freeze it hard). You can also refrigerate it, but it will take a little longer.

Roll into small balls, flatten and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

Preheat the oven and bake on the middle rack at 170 degrees for about 18 minutes (my oven is 150 degrees on the middle rack for 10 minutes, and finally bake on the upper rack for 5 minutes). After coloring, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. After baking for ten minutes, check to see if the top and bottom of the biscuits are burnt.
