My mother likes watching Korean dramas and Korean food. She just got a new stone pot and wants to make a delicious and simple stone pot bibimbap!

  1. Prepare ingredients, cut cucumber, sausage, carrot into shreds, soak yuba

  2. Blanch carrots

  3. Apply a layer of sesame oil to the bottom of the stone pot

  4. Fry a sunny side up poached egg

  5. Heat the stone pot, put rice in it, cook for a while, then put sausage, cucumber, yuba and carrots

  6. Add the eggs and heat until it squeaks, then turn off the heat

  7. Served with Korean chili sauce, and there will be a delicious layer of crispy rice on the bottom (don’t burn it)
