Prepare all kinds of ingredients. Please buy longer green peppers. Remove the shrimp lines and chop them into puree with a knife.

Add diced red pepper, chopped green onion, 2 grams of salt (no gluten), 1 gram of pepper (can be more), 3 grams of sesame oil (for fragrance), and 2 grams of starch (to solidify) into the shrimp paste, then beat and stir until it becomes sticky, then the filling is ready.

Cut the long green pepper in half, remove the stem and seeds and set aside.

Spread dry starch inside the green peppers and fill them with stuffing.

Heat the oil in a pan, put the stuffed green peppers in and fry. Remember to fry the side with the stuffing first (otherwise it will fall out), then fry the side of the green peppers on a low heat. After the shrimps are cooked, drain the oil from the pan.
